How much do you charge for jingles?
That depends on what you want.If you just want the lyrics on a sheet then it’s $500. For the recording of my voice with the lyrics and melody, the charge is $1000, but you pay for the studio time.
How much do you charge for writing a song?
Again, if you just want lyrics on a sheet, it’s $750. If you want a recording of the lyrics and melody, it’s $1500 for Stephanie and you will be responsible for the studio time.
Would I have the rights to the song?
Yes, if it’s an original song or jingle just for you, then you would own the rights. If you choose a song that I’ve already copy written, then I would own the rights but you would have the right to use it.
How long does it take for you to come up with a jingle or song?
That depends on the project. I would need for you to be very specific on what your business is all about for the jingle so I can understand how to market you. As far as a song is concerned, it takes time to put everything together. I would start and then check in with you to make sure that I’m on the right track. If you approve, I would move ahead with the project.
